Crumpler 5MDH - 50D 2 lens (and optional flash) setup

I currently have a Wickey and Cox to carry all my gear and looking for a shoulder bag to carry a 2 lens and optional flash setup.

Just wondering if anyone knows if a 5MDH will fit the following:

50D (ungripped)
17-55 f2.8 IS
70-200 f4 IS
580EXII

At a crunch it will fit, but the lid won't snug down completely as the 70-200mm and 580exII are quite long. Here is mine with a 200mm + 2x TC (similar to the 70-200mm in length) and a 580exII.

The straps are at their maximum extension, and the top flap is bulging outwards
