I'm considering buying a light (carbon fibre?) and portable monopod to fit my Manfrotto 488 RC2 ballhead. It'll be used with my 100-300mm f4 Sigma with 1.4x TCon. It'll be used for travelling and so the smaller it folds the better, without losing too much in rigidity. I am 5'10" so needs to also suit my size. Budget up to £150/$250 US. Am thinking of getting the Feisol as I am very happy with my Feisol tripod.
