Default Candles reflecting on forehead? why?

Please help! I am not sure why the candles are reflecting on his forehead. This was taken in a room with chandelier (yellow light). I just used the flash on the camera.

I'm thinking that what you're seeing is a reflection between the UV filter and the front element of the lens.
