ok, second day with my studio gear.

Cute, I would do a much tighter crop getting her out of dead center, and a back light would have kept her hair from blending into the BG.....

Still too much space for me anyways.try a square crop, and then GND for top and bottom, plus a little dodge in her hair for light?
