Default Feedback on 3yr old shots

I posted a few months back some shots of my daughter's first birthday shots I did which as also my first foray into strobe/studio shooting. I recently bought wider paper, a muslin background and some more ligths and took some shots of my neighbor's daughter when she turned 3. Minor edits in PSE then resized to post here, appreciate any feedback!

Good lighting and nice posing. Could benefit from a little sharpening, they look a little out of focus.

This is just opinion but you might want to try it.
The first shot you might try adding some negative space.
Something like this...

The third one I would crop down small enough that the balloons fill the bottom of the frame. It may help keep her from being lost in the balloons.
Something along these lines...

I bet she was a fun little girl to work with.

Thanks! I think the sharpness/focus has to do with the quick resize I did to post, they look pretty sharp full res. Good ideas on the cropping though!

1 is nice
2 is awesome
3 agree that it could use a crop, and her face looks a tad dark compared the the background
4 is OK - both subject's shirts are a little off at the stomach lines, and I'm not really a fan of gray backgrounds like that.

Cheers!

they look soft/OOF to me. also, the lights of the white is over powering your light on you subject. lower your bk lights and bump up your subject light.

Thanks everyone, good feedback! To those who said it's soft or OOF, could you please take a look at the full rez linked below? I'm thinking it was due to the quick resize.

Full Res

Thanks!

Not bad start, but they are definitely all OOF
#1 looks to be focused around the back of her shoulder, #2 is definitely focused at the back of her ear, #3 is focused around her hands at that green balloon, and #4 looks to be focused at the mom. What lens and f/stop were you using?
The lighting and composition aren't bad, so just keep practicing with that focus and you'll have winners! Oh, and watch the hand cropped on that last one

I was using the kit 18-135 IS that came w/the 7D, manual setting F/11 and 1/160. Did you take a look at the full res link I posted above? I'm thinking (hoping) the OOF is just due to the resize.
