flickr images wont show

just created an account, i uploaded images and they show fine. but i then later on an hour or two later added more images and they show for me (when im logged in) but when i log out and view my images as if i was a stranger/visitor i says i have 10 images in a folder (set) but when i click on it there are only 3 showing up, and it does this with all of the folders (sets) ive created and added additional images.

how do i get them to show when im not logged in for viewers to see? they are all visible to the public they are not hidden.

there is a link to my flickr in my signature for everyone to see what i mean...

10 photos in this album and only three show up (when im not logged in). do i have to reset my cache? and if so wouldn't that mean if i add more then you wont be able to see those until you delete cache?
