Well, lets see...

You have a *great* subject, focus looks pretty good (you want it on the eyes for people pictures), composition is OK but you don't want to cut off her elbow. Overall, it does look a bit dark on my monitor. You're losing detail in her hair and the phone.

If you have a photo editing program try adjusting the exposure level a bit and maybe cropping in a bit on the left and right.
