Default How would you light this?

I've done a rough diagram of a shoot im going to do based around motivational lighting.
This is one of my first motivantional lighting shoots the set up will be done in a studio so lots of room to work with.
Any ideas or tips would help...

I did think about a back light but I might try and use the reflector to give it some depth?
