Got to see Kansas last night and WOW what a show !!!! Starting to work through my 600 shots heres a couple.

I agree with John ... would also be nice if they were bigger ... nearer the 1024 pixel limit.

Thanks for the comments !!! I've been working hard to improve and Im finding it real hard to get that 3d , pop off the screen look that some of you guys get. Maybe shooting at iso 1600 or higer with a 40d Im going to have a tough time getting much better results ? Here's a larger one of Rich Williams .

#1 is okay, but could be framed better.
#2: Moment is okay, but again could be framed better.
#3 Is framed well. Maybe WB a touch on the cool side. Sharpness "so-so". I would have cropped a bit off the top, but then again, I prefer a 2:3 ratio.

ISO 1600 on a 40D should be very usable.
