My friend who has been a photojournalist all his life recently opened 52 Selects, a photo gallery in Portland, OR. One of the founding contributors is Dave LaBelle. I came across a series of interviews with Dave in which he speaks about shooting pictures that tell stories and generate emotion.

this is really inspiring. makes you put yourself into other peoples shoes and realize what we can do.
