Default Can this be saved?

I took this shot at a car show last weekend and overall I really like the shot, but the tree in the corner and the very dark chair in the bottom are bothering me. I'm not really proficient with photo editing software, I have Paint Shop Pro 7 but I'm not really sure how people clone things out of pictures. Any PS gurus want to shed some light on this for me?

The quick fix for the tree at the top would be to just crop the whole top of the photo just to the point where you loose the tree, and turning the shot into a sort of "Panoramic". I dont use PSP 7, but I think there are a couple of folks here that do (and quite well if memory serves), so hopefully one of them will show up here.

I would leave the tree..it doesn't seem too bad and probably woudln't be worth the trouble. The chair should be cloned out. Couldn't tell you how to do it in paint shop though, but I am sure it must have a clone tool?

I didn't want to crop the tree as I want a print of this and was hoping to keep the correct ratio. As for the clone tool in PSP I can't find it but as I said I'm not proficient with it, I basically use it just to resize my photos and add USM occasionally.

It's your pic, but it would be a better with every bit of sky cropped out. Scroll it up on your screen & you'll see what I mean. Besides, the "correct ratio" is whatever you decide it should be, not the size of the box the paper comes in.

You'll get a better answer re PSP if you take the ? to the "Post Processing" area. Good luck!

You know? That DOES look even better than my idea of just below the tree.

You may have a point about cropping out the entire sky, I'll print one of each...photo paper is cheap enough.
