Default $70 for manfrotto 488rc2, good?

I've just started looking for a tripod/head setup. It looks like lots of people are happy with the manfrotto 055xprob + 488rc2 setup. I have found a 488rc2 New for $70. Is that a good price? $10 ahipping

thanks

If legit, yes. Good deal. I had that head on my 055xprob. VERY nice outfit for the money. Heavy, but nice.
