Default eBook Contents :::

Hi guys, I'm starting to put together a series of eBooks for Glam/Nude Photography. What are some things that you'd like to see in an eBook?

I already put out one eBook. It was my first one of this sort and I got some really great feedback on it. There were a few people asking for lighting diagrams so I redid it and included a lighting diagram. By the way, if any of you guys bought the eBook, email me and I'll send you the updated one with the lighting diagram : )

Ok thanks guys! Your thoughts are very important to me so let'm rip!!!

Hey Dean,

I would like to see some info about the business end of the industry. How to approach websites with a good cover letter, meeting 2257 requirements, and anything else you can think of. Thanks!

Dean,
I have a short list of things I try to pick up from information provided by the pro's

I would say that I would be interested in how you choose locations. More of your thought process. Gear selection, and why you made that one. What you have preplanned before the shoot (EG. what shots, in what locations, and what ones were off the cuff because you had not thought of them until you had the model there). What was required by the client. Ect.

And all of the tecnical details are great, but getting a clue to your vision would be kinda helpfull too. It is one of the reasons I have kept my Dean Collins DVD's as he has a lot of other information that is not just tecnical, but the "And here is how we handled this problem"

Yes, I like learning the BTS stuff.

Hi thanks for your thoughts on this.

I can't tell you how many hours I've spent studying Dean Collins videos in my lifetime. It's been over 10 years since I've seen them but I used to wear those VHS tapes out! I saw Dean Collins twice at two different shows and he was such an amazing speaker. He had such a great personality and love LOVED to share his knowledge. I was sad to hear that he passed away a few years ago from cancer. His willingness to share his knowledge has been a major factor in helping me get this far with my own work. If you're studying Dean Collins - you're studying one of the best - for sure!!!

i would like to see the strengths of lighting placement and the effect of distances used

I just took a look at your blog and I'm looking forward to your video on model rapport. Maybe more insight from you on the non-technical stuff like this.
