I like it! Have you considered editing out the toothpick holding up the sign?

Not really. I want it there so that people can see that the caption bubble is there and not typed or 'shopped on.

well, with the texture on the caption, it looks real to me... i think it would be better without the tooth pick...

I like it but you can still see the shadow of the toothpick behind the white.

yea, you can still see a slight shadow still, as mentioned by SVTF. Its loads better though
