Default Anyplace that sells filter rings? (filter w/o actual filter in it)

Hello all Bout to order another bunch of solar film since I sold my
telescope I use for solar observing (and with it my filter). Anyways I
figured while I was making one for my other 'scope I might as well make
one for my camera for when I don't have my 'scope with me. Anybody know
where I can get the ring-part of a filter? I'm figuring I'll just assemble the
filter as usual and then just glue it to this. If anybody is interested you can
get a small sheet of solar film for pretty darn cheap at this link:
