Default Even more newborns :)

Just had a few more that I wanted to share. These are a few more from the shoots I did last week and posted about. Just finished up most of my editing today and had a few more that I liked! Would LOVE some CC on them! I've been working on my b&w conversion and would love to hear what you think!
If you've seen my past few threads than you know that they are my very first practice shoots and my first time working with anyone other than my own daughter. Now everyone I talk to says I should start charging. I don't feel ready at all. How did all of you know when you were ready to charge?? Did you feel 100% confident or did you just dive in? lol! I still don't plan on charging anytime soon. Just curious!
Anyways here are some more beautiful babies, enjoy!
These first two are more of the tiny 4lb newborn girl I worked with last week, the one with the purple background and doll bed.

More from a little 13 day old boy that wasn't a fan of sleeping or posing lol!

#6 (I didn't realize my paper floor was wrinkled until after he had left.....this is not one of my best pics but I wanted to show the size difference between this little guy and the 4lb newborn I did before, she only took up half of this same bed!)

These last two are from the 7 week old little boy

I think these are great! And I like the BW conversion

IMO your work is good enough to merit charging.

Oh and I had to look for the wrinkle, I don't think I would have noticed, I bet the Moms are thrilled with your photos

The conversions look good to me.

I don't know why not. Your posing/compositions are good and lighting is very nice.

Love the #6 props. Did you have this flooring/ walls or did you set it up for the shoot.
Very nice!

Yup....you should start charging. Do you think a grey card might help with the WB issues?

Thank you!! I'm glad you like the conversion and especially glad to hear the wrinkle isn't TOO noticeable!

Thank you so much! I would really like to buy some studio lighting in the near future as well. I'm so glad you think the composition, it's something I always feel like I struggle with!

Thank you!! I say the same thing all the time! My daughter is 3 1/2 and I didn't start getting into photography until April so I feel like I missed out on so much! If I ever have another baby the poor thing is going to have way too many pictures done lol!

Thank you! The flooring is actually a roll of paper and the wall is a pc. of green fabric

A grey card is definitely something I need to start using. I saw that Misssassylassy (one of my potn favorites!) uses a Whibal card and I have been meaning to order one. Might do it today!

It totally depends on the picture. If I do the shoots at my home I usually have good enough natural lighting but if I go to their homes I find that I usually have to use my flash!

Start charging because I would pay for your newborn sessions! They're better than great. You have an eye for it
#3 & #7 seem a little cool - just comparing them to the others. A little too much blue for the skin? maybe you could try masking it out just on the baby.

I love seeing your work!

Thank you so much!! I really do love photographing newborns!! I have been having a HUGE problem with the blue you are talking about. I still don't know what masking it out means?? Another member sent me a tutorial I think for this same thing and I havent had a chance to try it yet (my daughter and I both have colds now and have been having a movie day)
I have elements 8 at the moment, can it be done there? I will definitely be giving the tutorial a try tonight to see if I can make it work. I would love any tips you have as well!

This may be a stupid question, but the paper floor, did you add the baseboard in pp, or is it on the paper, or is it just a piece of baseboard?
