Thanks. Mom hasn't seen it yet, hoping it makes her happy.

Here's a color version, tighter shot with eyes open. Same angle, though I have a few where she's turned different as well and more straight on baby's face. Dropped in a damask on this one. Not sure if it adds or not, but will give her the solid black too.

Isn't it great having the opportunity to make pictures like this? Makes Mom happy now, and you know baby-girl is going to look back on it for decades. Yeah, I've only been doing this a couple years, so the newness hasn't worn off, and I think about such things.

It's not a sling or anything special, just a blanket. We pinned this one in the back with those big chip bag clips.

It was hers, but if I keep shooting this pose, I really need to pick one up. Not every Mom has one I like, off-white with a nice texture.

Definitely like the black and white version better- it has a "softer" feel to it.
