I haven't seen one, Ron, but analyzing the web site's info tells me that it is just a dual polarizing filter. Their movie shows that you rotate one element 90 degrees to go from min to max or vise versa. I'd bet you could duplicate their filter perfectly with two good quality identical polarizing filters, and pay less than the $340 which is rather steep if you ask me.
