Default Export a vid HQ from final cuts

Ok, so what codec or what settings to use from the bunch to get a descent HQ video but also that streams fast.
Ive seen videos in youtube that are so great quality and they load fast, now what codes would those be... so far my videos are great quality but like a giga or 2, too much and forever to load.

Thanx

H.264 is the number one codec use for online delivery.

for the mac guys, it's wrapped in .MOV and for the PC guys, it's wrapped in .MP4.

I keep bit rate ~7mbps.
