Default Best export settings for Lightroom 3 for prints?

I'm having trouble getting good prints and I want to make sure it is not my export of the image that is causing the issue rather than the quality of the shop doing the work.

Any tips?

I use normal Matte sharpening, no resize, and quality at 90. My Costco prints (matte, which they call "lustre") come out pretty decent.

EDIT - This is LR2.7, don't have LR3 yet...

Sorry...just JPG. I have FIOS, so it's a piece of cake to upload them to Costco, order them online, and pick them up the next morning.

I have the Costco LR plugin, but it doesn't work anymore
