Default Steamboat Lake at sundown

Heres one I took in Steamboat this past weekend. Resized and softened a bit in PS.

Very nice shot. One of my favorite areas of Colorado. We camp often at Pearl Lake.

@Mark, by the time we got to Pearl it was too dark for anything, barely made it to Steamboat lake for this picture, I apparently need to work on my timing when there is driving involved, the road to the lakes was longer than I had anticipated lol, oh well live and learn I guess.........Joe

Joe, Great shot of Steamboat lake. That is a wonderful area. I haven't been there for about 10 years. Did you add a softening filter from PS or did you use one on the lens? Mike

Hey Mike, glad to see another Coloradoan, anyhoo, what i do is copy the pic in ps then gaussian blur it then lower the opacity of the blurred layer to usually around 60-65% and viola thats what I get, easy and most of the time it produces excellent results...................Joe

I like it, but I think a bit less gaussian blur would look better.
