Default Mixed motorsport action

I had an assignment to cover a couple of races today prior to the eagerly awaited Gold Cup at Oulton Park on Sunday/Monday. So, I crammed in three hours of shooting at Croft race circuit this afternoon and here are some samples of what was was going on.

A very tidy Lotus:

The Scottish Legends on a south of the border raid:

Even some racing Karts:

Very pretty looking Porsche:

Ex David Leslie Nissan Primera touring car:

Legend number 70 in 'as new' condition:

Number 70 with a few sparks:

BRDC Formula Ford Championship - pity they can't drive that well:

I like the parting shot to finish a gallery:

Watch this space for Gold Cup images. This is the best race meeting in the UK for classic and vintage racing cars and always produces excellent action.

Thought you were gone for a while more ... but super glad to have you back! Makes my heart hurt to see the dings and damage on 70's right front! Is that 58 car off the road?

Great stuff, Kenny. Love the sparks off of 70's nerf bar. Oops
Everything is soooo sharp.

I had to get some images to the client last night as I won't have time today, so I picked a few for my web site at the same time and that's why they are here.

Number 58 was cutting the corner on the exit of the chicane.

Skip, I have a No Fear T-shirt with "The Older I Get" on the back. In my case its true.
