I'd like to see the walls of your house if you decorate them with your own photography. With my new Xsi due to arrive tomorrow I am trying to get ideas on how to display all the pictures I plan on taking.

Thank u!

I'd love to do something like this

What a brilliant subject idea!
Apologies its not a good photo but I dont have a lens wide enough or enough distance to get a front-on pic. Panoramic stitch of 11 photos taken from Bluff Knoll, Western Australia. Frame is 8x2.5 feet and weighs a ton with all that glass!

Waiting for some more lighting to be delivered and installed. Bumping so that other people see the thread and can contribute.

Gee, I'm finding the non-photo stuff in people's abodes more interesting ...

Swords, lapel pins (one an Olympic pin), bird book ...

We moved six times, or so, in last six years, or so. We used to have a dozen, or so, photos. Since we moved in July all of them are in the basement somewhere in different boxes, together with some paintings we collected over years of travel.
I hate moving. The current solution I found is new TV. Flat screen LED 52’’, or so, USB stick and hundred of pictures, or so…

My images are all hung in the walls of my computer Lightroom, on Facebook, Vimeo and other extraneous electronic habitats. I rarely print out an image.
