Default Last HS VB, ambient at iso 6400

It was a great year with a regular season record of 33-4. We just needed to beat a team we had already defeated 3 times in order to go to state.

1. 1/1000, f/2.0 135mm, iso 6400

2. 1/1000, f/2.0 135mm, iso 6400

3. 1/1000, f/2.0 135mm, iso 6400
.

4. 1/800, f/2.5 135mm iso 6400

5. 1/640, f/2.8 35mm, iso 6400

6. The picture tells the story. 1/250, f/2.8 125mm, iso 800, flash. Not our day.

#1, 4, 5, and 6 were printed in the newspaper. I shot these with a 1D Mark III. Before the game, I went up to the ref and asked where I could shoot from (almost no space on the floor, just balcony). He says "It depends, are you shooting Canon or Nikon?" Turns out that he bought a 1D Mark IV two weeks earlier and had been shooting the grandkids at ISO 10,000 the week before.

Nice ones considering the very high ISO.
