Default Let's See Those Silhouettes!

I couldn't find a thread dedicated to silhouettes, so I'll start one. I love silhouettes. The technique can make for some great dramatic shots with a lot of pop and uniqueness.
I want to see everyone's silhouettes. People, Landscapes, whatever you have, as long as it's backlit and black.

I'll start off with a couple of mine.

1. Dead Tree Silhouette at Garden of the Gods

2. Rock Climber

3. Friends at Arches National Park

4. Rafting the San Juan River

5. Girl in Rocks

6. Moon and Forest

OK everyone, let's see yours!

Maternity clients seem to always want silhouettes, so here is mine.

More great entries folks!

Tubbed440: Nice shot. How's the bike propped up? Those wires?

Mike: Great color! I like how you can make out the tusks on the front guy. The leaves give it a good safari feel.

Thanks!

This was more or less a quickie shot one day after installing the new plastics. The wires you're seeing are power lines in the background, I guess I should clone those out.

On the "free standing" look of the bike: I've never been fond of a kickstand, as it seems as if they are always coming down at the wrong time. I used a standard old "bike stand" or "triangle" as some may call it. It's a triangle looking bit that has a provision for sliding into a hole in the rear axle, and the bike leans on it like a kickstand. If you look real close at the rear wheel, you may be able to make out the triangle shape, starting at the rear axle and spreading at 45 degree angles towards the ground.

EDIT: Matter of fact, I just confirmed you can make out the stand. It looks almost like real "thick" spokes on the rear wheel.
