Default Seattle Art Museum, SAM Remix

Seattle Art Museum hosted a party this weekend and it was lots of fun. Guest mostly gathered in the temporary Picasso exhibition and the main lobby were talent entertained on stage.

As usual, it's really hard to pick just eight images to share. There's more here if you're curious:

Thanks for looking!

1- Korean piece 'Some/One', a suit of armor constructed from military dog tags and copper plates.

2- Andrew examines 'Tete de taureau', Head of a Bull, in the Picasso exhibition

3- A large gathering of guests dance to music by DJ Tigerbeat in the lobby of the Seattle Art Museum

4- Kim Tune (foreground) sketches live male model James Henry (background) on the second floor. Kim was participating in The Portrait Challenge created by Kimberly Trowbridge.

5- A guest looks up to a LARGE statue

6-

7- Drew closely inspects Conference, a tapestry of bottle caps, on the second floor

8- Can Can presents: The Heavenly Spies perform late in the evening in the Seattle Art Museum lobby

Nice set.
On #3 I'd have framed a bit lower and on #5, I'd have focussed on the guy though.
