I was only talking about the choice to call it f/0.95 rather than f/1.0, given that most lenses marked f/1.2 are actually about f/1.26.

With such ultrafast lenses it's a bit misleading anyway because of the generally strong vignetting... You're only seeing that speed towards the middle of the frame. Case in point, even the f/0.95 Noctilux has up to 2.5 stops of vignetting in the far corners.
