Amanda & Brandon | Engaged

I've been so backlogged with work that I haven't shared much. So, I thought that I'd share a recent engagement session that I had with Amanda and Brandon last a couple weeks ago. They're getting married next September.
All natural light. No reflectors. Shot with my 7D and 50 1.4 or 17-55 2.8

Great job jules. I think number 3 would look great with a boost in saturation and a bit more contrast, but thats my style.

Love them Jules, just fabulous.
no 5...they almost look like they have been cut out and stuck on a background.(this is not a critique, just an observation)

I don't see the cut and paste look in 5 at all

These are great! I do see what the poster was saying about 5, I also thought the couple looked a little super-imposed, but, as they wrote, not a critique so much as observation...

Killer work Julie! The couple looks so relaxed that I'd swear they were no where near a camera! 3 & 7 are my favorites.

I am crazy for #7, it's definitely my fave. Both composition and processing. I think it's a nice set overall but the colors seem a little cool and cyan to me in most of them. I feel like some warmth could really bring a nice oomph to the photos, particularly like in #3 with the lovely trees around them. All that being said, I know there are several big name photogs who's photos I always see as quite cool so it may be a taste thing. They are a very cute couple!

Thanks everyone for the kind words and input. I kind of see what some of you are saying about #5....Maybe it's the back light from the sun that is giving it that effect?
It's funny that some of you say that they look so relaxed.... This was one of my most reluctant grooms, so that makes me feel freakin' great!

Bryan, you're right... It does need saturation, for sure. What was I thinking? I've fixed it.

Brandi- Yea, I see some of the cyan, too. It was a cool 30 degree day and was mostly cloudy, but I guess I didn't warm them up enough in post. I will go back.
7 is one of my favs from the entire set, too.
