too much fill light... no contrast at all

Hmmm... this was all natural light... was gloomy outside... still working on my PP skills too...

Here's a quick Photoshop edit from someone who isn't very good at it

Not sure I'm happy with the coloring on the skin but it certainly is brighter overall. Maybe a bit overdone.

I've mostly been trying to learn Lightroom for RAW files so thought I'd give this a quick attempt in Photoshop.

Edit: Oops, I totally forgot to note what I did before I flattened the image so the layers are gone now I tried a bit of everything in the Photo editing areas though...curves, levels, color balance etc.

I'm still working on getting used to the 5D2 as opposed to my 5DC... bit of a learning curse... My PS skill are very simply... so I have a bit of learning there too... LOL

Is your lens or sensor dirty or does it have a smear on it? The bokeh is weird looking in the top left of the first shot.

Still getting the feel for the new 5d2 and had really under exposed... Tried to fix in PP but like you said I completely over did it..
