Beautiful capture! Interested in your processing, which software etc. and any noise reduction used?

Excellent work!

thank you. No noise reduction (other than Lightroom default). I have a duo tone action in photoshop. it involves converting to black and white using the gradient tool which I may tweak a little, followed by a conversion to duo tone, and there is one that I like for black and white portraits. I think I then used a soft light layer at 30% to boost the contrast a little.

Wow great shot, I'm always amazed by the 5Dii low-light/high ISO capabilities.

I agree with all the post above, beautiful image, and jealousy doesn't begin to describe it.

Thanks for the explanation, it is truly an amazing shot. I must crank up the ISO on my 5D II and explore this!

I forgot to ask in my first post, was this hand held or on a tripod?

here is the original one, straight out of camera. it was shot hand held. I shot 5 in sequence, and had no problem with focus in any of them. i also shot some with my sigma 50 1.4, whick all came out ok, but she was further away from the light
