After concert all musicians went to a restaurant. Though the restaurant window I saw this moonrise and by holding the lens hood against the window I took several shots of the scene hoping to get some sharp ones. This is about the only moment when Image Stabilization would have been nice: subject was not moving and I had to use slow speed. I'll have to carry that monopod more often.
PS. A microfibre cloth is great for cleaning dirty windows - I used it for the window I was shooting through. Just remember to keep that cloth separate from lens cleaning cloths after that.

Hi Pekka The Moon and Blue scene, like much of your work here, is seemingly simple, but contextually rich enough to hold one's interest. Your work looks great on my Mac Power Book G4. It comes across with visual clarity and depth. I am glad I discovered your site. It is very impressive.
