Big problems when shooting fire are the heat and the big contrast you get between flames and the logs. So, I used a zoom with a flash to capture this beauty from a distance. The heat was still strong about 3 meters away. You have to be very careful with the gear and keep testing with your hands that the hood or the protection filter are not getting too warm.
