Christmas Buns

I was visiting my mother, and she had baked these great buns. While we talked I took this with an 550EX bounced flash. Later, when I exported it from RAW to TIFF, I made a custom white balance choice in the ZoomBrowser software which brought the colors alive with a more natural tint (how the buns were in real life on that table). The power of RAW is just that; it gives you freedom to choose later, with a good monitor and lots of time. If you choose JPEG and fix all parameters when releasing the shutter all the changes later are harder to do and degrade the quality of the final picture.
