My sweetheart loves buying flowers (good thing she's a feminist!), so I get a lot of good roses and other flowers to shoot. This bunch was so luscious I just had to try to get it on 'film'. This is an ISO 100 picture - bigger ISO gives a bit deeper colors, but ISO 100 is absolute maximum for G1 before noise disturbs the image too much. Flash was bounced from a white wall/roof and I changed exposure merely by changing flash direction. Of several exposures this was the most pleasing, as it did not look 'flashed' and had deep true-to-life colors.
