I also took some formal shots of Ralf, and this is very Vienna-like in both posture and painting-like composition. I used slaved flashes plus one normal halogen spot which gave some light onto score title (book on piano). We noticed that apart from facial expression one of the hardest thing was to have a natural handhold of the baton - this shot had all those elements good.
