A birch is a common three tree that you can find in all finnish forests. Forests are easy to find: they cover three quarters of the country's surface area, and pulp, paper, timber and wood gives 30% of the yearly import value.
For me the best thing about the trees are how their give beauty and power to people - if you just sit under a tree for a while you can feel the life force and tranquility they carry - good, relaxing stuff for all busy city people!

Absolutely Perfect, and is why I want 14mm in the bag. It's fun to walk the forest trails next door of Sweden as well.
