I've used Bing cashback many times, but not in the last several months. I've never had to wait longer than the 60 days for the cash to hit my Paypal. Well, my most recent purchase (2+ months ago) entitled me to $153 cashback and I was supposed to get it about 10 days ago. However, under that transaction, my account says "In Process" which is something I've never seen before. So far I've exchanged about 8 emails with Bing and they seem to be in the fact gathering mode, no explanation as to what "In Process" means. The last email I got (this afternoon) actually said something about forwarding my problem to Paypal?? So, is this just something kinda new in the cashback system that I'm not familiar with? I also have one more transaction for $80 that is "Pending" and the 60 days is up later this week, sucks if I have to wait longer than 60 days to get the cash. Thanks for any info.

I've had in the "in process" message, but as I recall it was only for 2 - 3 days max and resolved itself without me doing anything. That was in the early days of the program though. I have not seen it recently.

Wow, this is funny, but as of just now (37 minutes after starting this thread) the money showed up in my Paypal account! Waited 10 days extra, but got the cash, so I guess that's what counts. I'm interested to see how my other "Pending" transaction goes in a few days.

yeah sometimes it takes a few days longer than 60 days...
lately, everything I've gotten has been an "instant" cashback
however on the whole, they've been pretty good.
