I believe it's taken at ISO100, 85mm 1.4, and a quite fast shutter speed..
The lens is the rather cheap Samyang 85mm 1.4. When you learn to focus with it, it's extremely sharp!

That was my first thought too, but I see he had a sign to deal with to the right.

Beautiful, but I wonder about the placement of the hands, chopping at the wrist.
