I got mine refurbished from Adorama.com but came from Canon in the White box with everything in it. Not only that, mine had the AF problem and I sent it into canon as the adorama warranty only replaces the item and doesn't fix it (for refurbished the replace them with another refurbish and if one isn't available you have to wait) and canon covered it under what they called a 90day warranty all I had to do was send in the adorama receipt with it. Other then the AF problem the 7d I got from them looked brand new and the shutter count when I got it was 424 which IMO isn't significant at all. I would do it over again in a heart beat.
oh I forgot when I got mine the AV cable and the USB cable were missing, called up canon per suggestion from adorama and they sent them both to me no questions asked.
