Haha don't apologize. I did the same thing with my 50D months ago and my 5DII only weeks ago!

Got the camera and absolutely loving it!

I am looking to buy a tripod for my upcoming (next week) trip to Europe.

I was originally looking at the Manfrotto 7321YB, but it seems like it is designed for smaller DSLRs. It says that it supports up to 5.5lbs and the 5DII (w/ 24-105L) isn't even 4lbs. I also started looking at the 7301YB which can support up to 7.7lbs

Would I be ok with the 7321YB?
