This thread need much less "yakkin", and a whole lot more "action" i.e. more pictures posted!

Or else we need a separate "1D Mark IV owners, post your pics." thread. (and not just the high ISO pics, pics taken at ALL ISOs so we can see the quality of the pics this fine camera can produce.)

I agree, I think we've covered the dust subject thoroughly, here's a pic.

Was playing with 1d Mark 4 with 85mm F1.2 lens in the shop today....going from the 5D and 24-105, I can tell already that this is gonna be some jump.

I took my flash card in to test for noise handling at high ISO's and I would say it's usable up to 12800, but to be honest can't see me needing or wanting to go much above 6400.....

Amazed at the burst rate at 10fps....so can't wait to take it to the next downhill mountain biking event....

Just waiting on the loan funds hitting my account and I'll be straight back to pick the beast up !!!

Great pics guys.

Wow Tharmsen, great images. They look as if they came straight out of Life magazine! Very artistic and "historic" looking. Esp the last two. Well done!

The driver in the first pic looks as if he's falling asleep.

What did you use?

I think it was visible dust. A fluid and some swabs. Forgive me, I am away from the house for a few days and don't have my gear with me to check.

Here's one of a Tree Swallow -- love the iridescence of these little guys.

PixxByTango, were your photos taken with a Mark IV? There's no metadata available.
