I just found this thread, here's a couple of mine, not a real HDR, a single photo processed several different ways with Dynamic Photo HDR then blended together in layers with Photoshop to get the look I wanted. The tank on the back is a BBQ

My apologies for the watermark.

This is real HDR using 3 exposures, processed using the same method described above.

One more, I started out with really bright colors, but trying to tone them down. ;) The truck would be the latest photo with toned down colors.
Leaves in the previous photos are painting/fantasy type on purpose.

Way cool truck! Chopped, slammed, love the way the front wheel and tire fills the fender. Great photo, it really highlights the truck's patina and neat stance.

Thanks Tbirder, here's a couple more... All of my work uses some form of HDR.

This locomotive is actually the 'Polar Express', used for the animated Christmas movie.

The most important thing I've found with HDR is that it will enhance any existing noise and change the pattern so noise reduction software cannot remove it appropriately. Best results are when noise reduction is used first, before HDR on any problematic photos.

Thanks. I use photomatix to generate my HDR's and indeed tone map them in there also, then export as a TIFF to CS4 for some tweaks.

As long as you dont push the strength too much you should not generate any halo's........
