Suzumiya Haruhi (knight version) from Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya by Figma (Max Factory, also under Good Smile Company). This is their very first figure bundled with the second Haruhi game. I was amazed at the details when I first saw it and its height is tall enough that I can live with. So I bought the bundle. The game itself is pretty cool. It's a RPG where you're in charge on a 4-week schedule to make a game. There are 6 different games you can make out of it where one of it is a very simple Dungeons & Dragon game. Haruhi is a knight in that very game.

Izumi Konata (Cosplay version) from Lucky Star by Figma (Max Factory). This is their first limited-production figure if you don't count the Haruhi one. Konata cosplay as Haruhi in episode 16 in the anime.

Tsuruya-san (Maid Cafe version) from Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya by Figma (Max Factory). She's quite a hyper girl in the anime. This is her dressed as a maid as her class transformed into a maid cafe during their school festival. There's a 1/8 scale version of this, but I want something a little smaller. I wished Figma will make one and they did. This expression actually doesn't fit in this figure as the "front hair" part is not interchangeable with the original school uniform version. You will only notice it in person so it's all good.

Seto San from Seto no Hanayome by Figma (Max Factory). I like her personality in the anime. Somehow the other characters are not popular enough for anyone to make a figure although the anime pretty funny. The only downside to this figure is the head doesn't have enough degrees of freedom to move for a good pose sometimes.

She is a mermaid in the anime. That's about the best I can make a good pose out it given its degrees of freedom in posing.

^^^ Brilliant shot :D

Took some more of the Viper:

And a quick mess with star field backdrops. DOF and scale of the stars is all out though. Might have to have a play with a green screen and do this properly at some point...

Got a Mk II Viper from the new series on the go. Also knocked this out as a test paint-job on a knackered old kit:

Wow, nice Slave One! I'd buy that if it were for sale.

My latest effort. Acrylic and Tamiya weathering powders. 7D and 50mm compact macro, single bounced flash on camera:

Some nice shots here. Just a couple of Yoda shots from the lens archive thread.
