sorry guys if it seemed that way but. we don't hide you anything...we didnt say anything cause..it didn't really was anything to tell..USER ERROR...as to talk about my self actually i solved the problem just by reseting the microadjustment to zero-0-...!!! i was kind of foul that i ''touched it'' in the first place...then again...i went out and took some shots in bright light...so there appeared the unmistaken AF system....and understood the focus-recompose in this af system that needs great attention...its more now than ever that the dof rules are A MUST DO....!!
i also agree with aboss3 with the wron af modes...!!!the spot point is the best in my opinion..!!

And as i said in the first post i did the folowing from the Custom Functions...
1. I turned off the noise reduction...
2. I stopped the continue AF when af is impossible..
And iam finally happy.. and enjoy my tack sharp as hell photos..!!
better than my eos 1d mark 2 and my 40d...!!

I'm sorry MKII, I don't understand that statement. Could you please clarify what you mean.

Custom function III-4 "Lens drive when AF impossible"

The lens will stop hunting if an AF target isn't acquired.

40 has that too. Disabled. Enables it to shoot if AF is not aquired after attempted. OOF shot might be better than none!

After a night with AF micro-adjust, I came to the conclusion my method was flawed. My room doesn't have the length needed to do this. I will probably try this outdoors if I feel compelled to try again.
Not sure if I want to, shot some narrow depth of field shots over the weekend, and all of them were keepers. Haven't flogged in servo AF type situations, but I feel confident it has all the horsepower I need.

type of lighting can affect AF systems. On my previous system (pentax) the k110d/k10d/k20d did certainly have front focus issues under tungsten coloured lighting (fixed in k7 apparently). Under other clearer lighting or sunlight it didn't so you could try and adjust under one type of lighting and it would then be out under another.

take the camera out in the sun...test it there..you ll be more confident about its performance and of course...more sure than ever...

you re right...ive too noticed that and something else......even sometimes if the position of the light change (no the quality or brightness or temperature..) it might have an affection to AF also...!!!

I had a very similar experience. The other day I was playing around with MF adjust.

I was pointing the camera slightly down at something close got the MF adjust spot on and my shots were perfect, super sharp. Then I would aim up and across the yard at my dog at more distance and focus would be miles off. All in the same single point focus mode. I couldn't work it out.

do you have any microadjustment in camera..???

Yeh with my close up testing it was spot on on about +12 IIRC, then front focused like a **** on the dog shots.
