Finally pulling the trigger on the 70-200 2.8 IS II so I can shoot Pearl Jam with it tomorrow night and there is no Bing on eBay!

Can anyone else check? Possible it's just with my account? Has anyone seen it lately? I haven't gotten it in a couple of weeks :(

i saw the other thread after i posted this. i am a Dumas. I was just so ready to finally pull the trigger. Justified the purchase in my head; called the vendor to make sure it shipped today; convinced myself I could part with my 4/IS...and then the rug pulled out from under me. :(

Use one of the shopping cash back dealers. J&R is 5% and there are some other good percentages. Do a shopping search for that lens and find the best deal with an authorized shop.

keep in mind on ebay, the cap is 200 dollars cashback per transaction so depending on what you are looking at getting... for example, the 70-200 is II retails for around 2400, 8% almost maxes out the cash back amount so there is no need to wait for a higher percentage.
