1 looks a bit too saturated with the greens for some reason.
2 she looks grey.
But 3 is awesome!

I agree all the way. The greens are way to saturated in #1 and it takes away from the model.

She's gotta love #3.. It is certainly the most flattering of the 3.

I really like #3 but I would touch up the skin under the model's left eye.

Looks like you boosted the blues, or maybe cyan's in #2. Maybe you could use a layer mask to bring her back to a more natural colour whilst leaving the background as it is. Maybe the same for #1 now i look at it again.. Definitely some white balance issue (either with your shot, or my monitor hehe).

I'm not sure if you have the same problem with #3 or not!?!?!

Thanx for the input. Its a learning curve going from the 40d to the MkII.
I'll play a bit more with 1 and 2
Also my monitor is not calibrated. But I still see what you all mean about the grey and green saturation.
I used the "Balens" for this shoot. I think next time Ill stick with my grey card
I'm thinking I should have used a faster shutter speed for 1 to cut down the ambient.

@Palladium - She nor I wanted to touch up the left eye. Its a scar from another girl that cut her with a razor blade. She said the scar is part of her so why should she hide it.
