Al, can you remember the setup for this one? (Shot on my balcony a few weeks ago when the trees had green leaves...) Quadras - an umbrella high camera left, and I *think* a bare head well around to the right.

cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

Bit hot on the right temple area, probably the bare head at just the right angle to reflect off Al's skin. Otherwise looking good.

Ta.

I thought about knocking it down a bit in PS, but then I didn't like it as much, so I left it. (Maybe I'm just REALLY crap at using PS...)

Ok well umm maybe you need a better camera. Nah, seriously though its not easy is it when you consider the size of the viewfinder or screen if you have live view and what you see compared to how it looks at full size.

I guess its all part of being a better photographer by seeing these things without the camera before you take the shot.

Well I got some stuff added to the Prado recently, but haven't had a chance to shoot it properly since. Managed to get out this morning - weather was carp, but the clouds proved interesting.

I never really post here, but I thought I might seeing as I haven't for a while. :)

I've done a bit of travelling over the past little while, and when I came home from Indonesia on Monday I thought i'd update my site.

It's taken the last few days (and sleepless nights) but it's at a stage where i'm relatively happy with its simplicity and effectiveness. If anyone would like to check it out and give feedback, please feel free!

Cheers, and hope all's well. :)

Rad shot, I just wish it was landscape. The framing just seems a little odd with it portrait.
