Im no diver.. but I do like to take pictures underwater in the pool or while snorkeling on vacations. I wont take my camera below say 5 feet or so...

Can I trust one of those dicapac bags to do the job?

I had a an a95 + proper underwater housing made by canon before and it seemed like overkill... was also pretty bulky to pack.

thanks

Personal experience - yes! I took mine down to 15 feet (perhaps even more) and it did really well. Also, because the light is so good at that depth, you can take some really incredible images :) Good luck!

bulk is a factor with hard housings. bags have come a long, long way. don't forget the dessicant and silicone grease for the seals. bags need 'em too!
