I know of a vacant old style home about 20 min from my house, every time I see it I think how much I wanna photograph it, or use it for a photo shoot. Its been empty for quite some time. But would I be putting myself at risk of getting arrested for trespassing/breaking and entering? How do you go about finding who if anyone owns it? Canon 7d. 28-135is kit lens, 50mm 1.8, speedlight 430exII.

Here in the UK trespass is a common law so you will only be prosocuted if the land owner requests it and presses charges.. Which is very unlikly and we usually just get walked to the nearest exit and sent on our way! ![]() But..... If you actually break-in, it's a different matter.
