What's the purpose of the 75-300 in that kit? Shouldn't the 55-250 be enough?

Is this deal still going on? I added all 3 to my cart and it's showing me a total of $1270.88. I'm not entering any info until I see a price change or know for sure, haha.

Think of it as a goodie bag. Junk. Just sell it if you want. Otherwise as you said the 55-250 will serve as a better zoom anyway.

you could sell the 75-300 and 55-250 for ~$300s and could also sell the kit lens for ~$100, making final cost of T1i body for $265+tax.

Posted this 3 days ago and it was on the front page so I wouldn't be surprised it it isn't available at that price anymore.
